What if vape companies called their product what it is?

Vape companies have shown us a lot of clever ways to disguise what’s actually in their products. But what if the
potential effects of vaping nicotine were spelled out right there on the box? Maybe even in the product name?

Thanks to recent studies, we now know that nicotine in vapes can worsen anxiety symptoms and amplify feelings of depression.

We were pretty curious about whether or not people would still be willing to market a product that could negatively impact
your mental health. So we created a fake vape product, sold by a fake company, and reached out to a few folks -- advertising
agencies, retailers, influencers, and lobbyists -- to see how they’d react if we called a vape what it is:
