Our 2021 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, June 27, from 3-5 PM.



Currently, we have 🆘 NO CANDIDATES 🆘 for 2021-2022 chapter officers. The chapter needs YOU.



At the annual meeting, we'll be kicking off DSA VC officer elections for 2 co-chairs, a secretary, and a treasurer. If you are interested in running for an officer position, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>.



We will also begin the process of ratifying our new DRAFT Ventura County DSA Bylaws <[link removed]> and Rules Document <[link removed]>.



The new bylaws will increase our chapter officers from 4 to 7. This will open up our leadership team, and lighten the load on any one individual.



The 3 new positions include:



- A membership coordinator (outreach)

- A digital media coordinator (social media)

- A program manager (project manager & spreadsheet wizard)



If you have considered running for co-chair, secretary, or treasurer, we hope the addition of these new officer position will help you jump in, knowing you'll have more support than ever before!
