Our 2021 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, June 27, from 3-5 PM.

Currently, we have 🆘 NO CANDIDATES 🆘 for 2021-2022 chapter officers. The chapter needs YOU. 

At the annual meeting, we'll be kicking off DSA VC officer elections for 2 co-chairs, a secretary, and a treasurer. If you are interested in running for an officer position, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected].

We will also begin the process of ratifying our new DRAFT Ventura County DSA Bylaws and Rules Document.

The new bylaws will increase our chapter officers from 4 to 7. This will open up our leadership team, and lighten the load on any one individual. 
The 3 new positions include:
  • A membership coordinator (outreach) 
  • A digital media coordinator (social media) 
  • A program manager (project manager & spreadsheet wizard) 

If you have considered running for co-chair, secretary, or treasurer, we hope the addition of these new officer position will help you jump in, knowing you'll have more support than ever before!
