JUUL CEO Kevin Burns has been replaced by a longtime Altria executive responsible for building the Marlboro brand. This news comes as no surprise — JUUL is now not just partially owned by Big Tobacco, they are being run by it. The company also announced that it will not lobby against the proposed federal ban on e-cigarette flavors.
