We encourage all workers to unite and wield power in numbers.Additionally, there is currently a statewide discussion about forming a regional California DSA. Because the next meeting on this will be before our next regularly-scheduled chapter meeting, we are holding an emergency chapter meeting to:Discuss what a California DSA might mean for our chapterVote on a resolution to participate in California DSAElect a representative to the Exploratory CommitteePlease attend this meeting on Sunday, January 10th at 2pm to take part in this decision.A California DSA has the potential to impact our decision-making and resources greatly, and would like to hear from as many members as possible about the choice. We hope to see you there!Following the successful passage of our Medicare for All chapter resolution, we invite members to join us, National Nurses United, and Santa Clara County Single Payer Healthcare Coalition in the statewide CalCare campaign kickoff on Feb 6.
