Tomorrow at 10AM is our monthly General Membership Meeting—we will be holding an election for two Steering Committee seats: At-Large and the Treasurer Officer position. To receive a ballot, you MUST register for the meeting and be a member in good standing*. Ballots will be sent out after the meeting and will be open for 24-hours.
Each candidate will have a few minutes to speak at tomorrow's meeting but you can view candidate statements here <[link removed]>.
The second half of the meeting will be dedicated to be discussing what's next for the socialist movementwith a Biden win. How will we respond to a contested election? How can we pressure a Biden administration in order to win demands like M4A or defunding the police?
Come exchange your take on the results and the fact that nearly half of our fellow Americans voted for Trump. It will be a no-holds-barred preview and rehearsal for our Town Hall on Sunday <[link removed]>.
