The Amp: Supreme Court Takes On Immigrant Justice Cases
This week, the Supreme Court added two major cases to its docket that immigration advocates will be watching closely. The first case seeks to end the Trump administration’s inhumane Remain in Mexico policy, which forces asylum seekers to wait indefinitely on Mexico’s side of the border. The second case concerns Trump's spending $6 billion on the border wall and militarization of border communities that Congress allocated for other purposes. We have messaging for both.
