Oroville, California — The City Council passed an ordinance prohibiting the sale of all flavored tobacco products.

San Diego County, California — The Board of Supervisors passed an ordinance to take effect July 1 that prohibits the sale of flavored tobacco products, establishes a 1-year moratorium on e-cigarette sales and prohibits smoking in outdoor dining areas.
