TALKING TAX POLICY ON CAPITOL HILL Earlier this week, I met with tax professionals about how we can reform our tax code to compete with the outside world — particularly China — and create American jobs. We also talked about the ills of Pillar Two, our nearly $1-trillion trade deficit, and my work to extend vital provisions in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. MEETING WITH THE CONSERVATION DISTRICTS OF IOWA On Wednesday, I enjoyed meeting with the Conservation Districts of Iowa, including President Ramona Nitz who serves on my Agriculture Advisory Board.
