About the job

The Facilities Senior Planner position within the?*Buildings & Grounds Division*?(B&G) will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate recording of lease space in the?*Office of Financial Management?*(OFM). The?Facilities Portfolio Management Tool [ [link removed] ]?(FPMT) supports the state?s facility inventory and the accurate collection of the?*Department of Enterprise Services*?(DES) rental revenue. In addition, the Senior Property Manager and team will collaborate with tenant agencies and OFM to submit modified pre-design requests and space planning data sheets for space/lease moves proposed within DES managed assets in compliance with state requirements to meet facility space and inventory statutory mandates?RCW 43.82.035 [ [link removed] ],?RCW 43.82.120 [ [link removed] ]?and?RCW 43.82.150 [ [link removed] ].

Other essential duties include overseeing and managing the Work Management Center to ensure that customer support is available 24/7, as well as performs accurate billing, dispatch work and incident reporting for the agency.
