About the job
The Facilities Senior Planner position within the?Buildings & Grounds Division?(B&G) will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate recording of lease space in the?Office of Financial Management?(OFM). The?Facilities Portfolio Management Tool?(FPMT) supports the state?s facility inventory and the accurate collection of the?Department of Enterprise Services?(DES) rental revenue. In addition, the Senior Property Manager and team will collaborate with tenant agencies and OFM to submit modified pre-design requests and space planning data sheets for space/lease moves proposed within DES managed assets in compliance with state requirements to meet facility space and inventory statutory mandates?RCW 43.82.035,?RCW 43.82.120?and?RCW 43.82.150.
Other essential duties include overseeing and managing the Work Management Center to ensure that customer support is available 24/7, as well as performs accurate billing, dispatch work and incident reporting for the agency.
