A passionate supporter of the eat local food movement in Austin, Paprocki is a founding member of the local Austin Food Trailer Chamber, owner of Capital Kitchens and supporter of Naturally Austin and the Texas Restaurant Association. Taking what he has learned, he now shares his industry knowledge with food and craft beverage vendors across the country.
