Folks — over the weekend, the Colorado Republican Party chose its new chair: an election-denying extremist who fervently believes Donald Trump won the 2020 election.

The new GOP chair also supports ending a woman’s right to abortion in Colorado — and refers to himself as a “wartime leader” fighting back against the agenda of Democratic leaders like Brittany Pettersen.

Here’s what all this means: it means that in the next election, we can expect to go up against even more ugly personal attacks, even more far-right conspiracy theories, and even more efforts to undermine the integrity of our elections here in Colorado. And we need to be ready to fight back against all of it if we’re going to keep Colorado blue.

Folks, Brittany is facing a big fundraising deadline tomorrow, and right now we are falling short of our mid-month goal. Can you pitch in a few dollars and help us catch up — so that our campaign has the resources to hold the line against extremists like the new Colorado GOP chair? [[link removed]]

The Colorado Republican Party would like nothing more than to defeat Brittany Pettersen, turn this district red, and fill this seat with an election-denying extremist in the mold of their new leader.

We can’t let that happen — and if we’re going to stop them, we need the resources to fight back against the ugly attacks we know will come our way.

That means we need to take our fundraising goals seriously, which is why our team is working so hard to catch up before tomorrow’s deadline. Anything you can pitch in would really help us out, friend. [[link removed]]

Thank you,
