Dear Friend,

The time to act is now. We have 18 days left to demand that President Biden withdraw his proposed federal rule that would ban many LGBTQ & HIV positive-refugees from asylum protection. We need your help to tell the Biden administration that we won’t stand for this.

Submit a comment by March 27th telling President Biden he cannot put LGBTQ people in danger by restricting asylum protection.

Urge Biden to Withdraw this Rule

The rule will almost certainly result in the senseless death of LGBTQ refugees, most of whom would otherwise find safety through asylum in the United States. Requiring LGBTQ & HIV-positive refugees to remain in unsafe circumstances is inhumane and cruel.

With just 18 days left, Biden must take immediate action and withdraw this proposed rule. Can we count on you to send the strongest possible message to President Biden?
