CLASP Joins Partners to Launch the National Alliance of Youth and Young Adults Advocates
CLASP is excited to announce [[link removed]] that over the past several months we have been working with the American Youth Policy Forum (AYPF) [[link removed]] , the National Youth Employment Coalition (NYEC) [[link removed]] , and the Corps Network (TCN) [[link removed]] to design an National Alliance of Youth and Young Adult Advocates that seeks to offer all young people equitable pathways into adulthood. Today, the Alliance is launching this effort publicly.
For decades, the U.S. has lacked an integrated and comprehensive vision for the transition from childhood to adulthood—a vision for how youth and young adults pursue meaning, secure stability, experience wellbeing, access opportunity, contribute to their communities, and find satisfaction in their lives The Alliance's effort brings together national nonprofits that work to support Opportunity Youth [[link removed]] , and will soon add more partners that reach young people while maintaining a focus on equity and justice.
