BREAKING: Constitutional amendment proposed to bypass abortion rights in Alaska

For years, both the Alaska Supreme Court and U.S. Supreme Court have upheld that a woman's right to reproductive choice is protected by our state and the federal Constitution.

Today, that's under attack yet again by Republicans in the Alaska State Senate. Senator Shelley Hughes just proposed an amendment to our Constitution to let the Alaska Legislature bypass these rulings and restrict the right to choose as they please.
