Union organizing was on the rise in 2022 but, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, union density rates decreased last year. The large gap between union petition filings and union membership in 2022 can be directly attributed to the difficulty in officially unionizing at the workplace. That's why we need the PRO Act.
