Last year, after Roe v. Wade was struck down, anti-choice extremists pounced at the opportunity to reinstate 100-year-old trigger bans on the books from before the landmark ruling. But when Election Day came around, voters fought back . All across the country, Americans stepped up at the ballot box to show these extremists that we will NOT back down in the fight to maintain our fundamental rights.

In several states last year, voters decisively chose to protect abortion rights at the ballot box. But now, anti-choice legislators in other states are trying to silence voters by making it harder to pass ballot measures altogether. That’s why we’re gearing up to fight even harder to defend the ballot in 2023.
