By now you’ve probably heard that Senator Dianne Feinstein is retiring after an incredible career serving our country. This also means there is about to be an open Senate seat in my home state of California.

So now it’s my turn to make a major announcement… I have decided I will NOT be running for Senate this year (nor was I ever really considering it.) 🤣🤣🤣

The truth is I love representing my community in Congress and proving to them that government can be used for good. I also know the best way I can continue to protect our democracy from Donald Trump is by holding one of the most competitive House seats blue.
