Rep. Troy E. Nehls Attends Judiciary Committee Field Hearing in Yuma, Arizona Regarding Border Crisis Greetings! I wanted to take a moment to share with you a recap on what happened last week in Texas' 22nd District and the United States House of Representatives. This Week in Washington Rep. Troy E. Nehls Attends Judiciary Committee Field Hearing in Yuma, Arizona Regarding Border Crisis In Yuma, my Judiciary Committee colleagues and I saw firsthand the effects of Biden's 'America Last' policies. The Border Patrol is overworked, their hospital is overrun, and this is just one example of a border city. As I said at the Hearing, it is past time that President Biden invoke the Guarantee Clause to protect states from the invasion we are experiencing at our southern border. Our witnesses all agreed this invasion was not happening under President Trump. I’m committed to putting America First, and I will continue to work with my Judiciary colleagues on putting an end to Joe Biden's blatant disregard for U.S. law.
