One of the most extreme, anti-abortion federal judges put on the bench by Donald Trump could rule as early as TOMORROW to revoke the FDA’s approval of mifepristone used in medication abortions nationwide.
A lawsuit in Texas filed by anti-abortion groups and doctors—and represented by a coalition designated as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center—is designed to outlaw this popular and safe form of medication abortion in all 50 states.
64.5 million women would immediately lose access to abortion care if Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk grants an injunction to halt the sale and distribution of mifepristone nationwide.
