Dear John,
[link removed]
It's important for each of us to reflect on our role in the ongoing
fight for racial justice. During Black History Month it's especially
critical we reflect on the multiracial democracy we dream of one day
seeing.
Key steps we can take include normalizing conversations that address
systemic racism, operationalizing equity in our policies and practices,
and organizing with other racial justice advocates while building a
shared vision.
Start or continue your work by attending one of our upcoming Racial
Justice Trainings
