Indy residents are facing increasing housing costs and higher property taxes, on top of the rising cost of everyday goods.
All levels of government should be working to help residents combat inflation, which is why I recently signed Proposal 310. It will help Indy residents through a one-time property tax prepayment for Marion County homeowners with properties valued up to $400,000.
Nearly 90% of owner-occupied single-family households will receive support from this proposal.

This proposal builds on our ongoing City-supported efforts to help out renters and homeowners alike, including over $150 million distributed through the IndyRent program, along with investments in the Tenant Legal Assistance and other resources.
As Mayor, I want to ensure Indianapolis is a place where everyone has access to opportunity and an open door to prosperity. More work needs to be done and I'm ready to take it on. Can I count on your support to do so? [[link removed]]
