Rudy's Moment of Reflection

If Richard Nixon’s deep paranoia and Bill Clinton’s insatiable sexual appetite drove earlier impeachment episodes, Rudolph Giuliani’s apparent fall from grace is central to the Trump-Ukraine psychodrama. Many a media report in recent months has cast Giuliani’s demise as some sort of Greek tragedy.
Except, that's nonsense. Nothing swirling around Giuliani now is out of step with the person depicted 26 years ago in a 464-page vulnerability study, a report that he commissioned for his second run for mayor.

There's no shortage of impeachment-related news out there this weekend. But it's still worth taking a few minutes to read our article on the 1993 Rudolph W. Giuliani Vulnerability Study, ([link removed][UNIQID]) and to scan the study itself (we've posted it) ([link removed][UNIQID]#1) . It will remind you of old battles since forgotten, and other issues to which we should have paid more attention, back in the day.
