Rudy's Moment of Reflection

If Richard Nixon’s deep paranoia and Bill Clinton’s insatiable sexual appetite drove earlier impeachment episodes, Rudolph Giuliani’s apparent fall from grace is central to the Trump-Ukraine psychodrama. Many a media report in recent months has cast Giuliani’s demise as some sort of Greek tragedy.

There's no shortage of impeachment-related news out there this weekend. But it's still worth taking a few minutes to read our article on the 1993 Rudolph W. Giuliani Vulnerability Study, and to scan the study itself (we've posted it). It will remind you of old battles since forgotten, and other issues to which we should have paid more attention, back in the day.
