SUT Update

Beginning April 1, 2023, the following new local taxes are administered by the Department of Revenue:  


* Carlton County Sales and Use Tax 0.5% [ [link removed] ] (in addition to the Carlton County Transit Sales and Use Tax 0.5% [ [link removed] ])
* Edina Sales and Use Tax 0.5% [ [link removed] ]
* Grand Rapids Sales and Use Tax 0.5% [ [link removed] ]
* Itasca County Sales and Use Tax 1.0% [ [link removed] ]
* Maple Grove Sales and Use Tax 0.5% [ [link removed] ]
* Moorhead Sales and Use Tax 0.5% [ [link removed] ]
* Oakdale Sales and Use Tax 0.5% [ [link removed] ]
* Staples Sales and Use Tax 0.5% [ [link removed] ]
* Waite Park Sales and Use Tax 0.5% [ [link removed] ]
* Warren Sales and Use Tax 0.5% [ [link removed] ]
* Woodbury Lodging Tax 3% [ [link removed] ]

Beginning April 1, 2023, the following local taxes are increasing:


* Cloquet Sales and Use Tax 1.0% [ [link removed] ]
