First they reduced the size of Bears Ears National Monument by 85%. Now they plan to destroy cultural sites and critical habitat in the remaining 15%.

Last week the Trump administration announced its final management plan for what is left of Bears Ears National Monument. In short, it's a disaster for anyone who cares about protecting sacred sites and irreplaceable landscapes.

The good news is that this plan will be rendered null and void if Earthjustice is successful in our lawsuit opposing President Trump's 2017 proclamation gutting Bears Ears.
