Last week, Republicans in Congress introduced legislation to cut taxes for corporations and billionaires and replace them with a national sales tax of 30%.

This means everything you purchase would be taxed at 30% – from groceries to gas.

With already rising costs, this sales tax would be detrimental to hardworking Northeastern Pennsylvanians. Republicans are continuing to look out for the ultra-wealthy, while working families pay the price.

Matt came to Congress to fight for the hardworking people of Northeastern Pennsylvania, and he's ready to fight back against the Republicans’ national sales tax legislation. But now, he wants to hear from you.
