After the 2022 midterm elections, Attorney General Eric Holder said this:

"Democracy was on the line in this election – and the American people showed decisively that we’re not willing to let it go."

He’s right!

But A.G Holder also said this:

"Now is not the time to take our democracy for granted."

And he’s right about that, too.

❌ Far too many states still have gerrymandered maps,
❌ Republicans are attacking our fair maps,
❌ And the Supreme Court is still reviewing a critical case about the Voting Rights Act!

Continuing to defend our democracy may seem daunting. But we must remember what President Obama said:

"Our democracy is resilient as long as we stay engaged and active between elections."
