_ACCESS TO BIRTH CONTROL IS A CORE TENET OF OUR WORK._
HEALTHY FUTURES IS AWARE OF THE RECENT RULING OUT OF A NORTH TEXAS FEDERAL
COURT ON CONTRACEPTION ACCESS FOR MINORS THROUGH THE TITLE X PROGRAM. As
this is an ongoing judicial matter, we are awaiting further information
from EVERY BODY TEXAS [1] (Title X Administrator) to assess how it might
impact Texans' access to birth control. Access to birth control is a core
tenet of our work, and so we will keep our stakeholders up to date when
more information becomes available.
