Healthy Futures is aware of the recent ruling out of a North Texas Federal Court on contraception access for minors through the Title X program. As this is an ongoing judicial matter, we are awaiting further information from Every Body Texas (Title X Administrator) to assess how it might impact Texans' access to birth control. Access to birth control is a core tenet of our work, and so we will keep our stakeholders up to date when more information becomes available.
