Beluga
[link removed]
Range: Beluga whales are found in Arctic waters around northern Russia, North America, Greenland, and the Norwegian archipelago of Svalbard
Interesting info: Known as the canaries of the sea, belugas make a variety of sounds--chirps, clicks, screeches, grunts, whistles, and squeals--for communication and echolocation.
Beluga whales are highly social animals. They live, hunt, and migrate in pods of a few to hundreds of individuals. Adults are snow-white and lack a dorsal fin, their necks are unusually flexible (enabling them to turn their heads almost 90 degrees to the side), and they can make a variety of facial expressions.
