Friend, a couple of weeks ago President Biden announced a
torrent of harmful border policies, including the expansion of Title 42
expulsions, which will continue to endanger thousands of migrants and erode the
legal right to asylum.

The Biden administration is deliberately choosing to expand the use of deadly
and unlawful Trump-era border policies. Join us in calling on President Biden to
uphold his commitment and U.S. law and protect the right to asylum >>>

Seeking asylum is a right enshrined in U.S. and international law . Yet, for nearly three years, presidents of both political parties have used
the false pretext of public health to essentially cut off access to seek asylum
at the border in the United States under Title 42.

As Republicans continue to block any chance of Congressional action to improve
our outdated and broken immigration system, we need the Biden administration to
lead boldly, not embrace right-wing talking points and double down on failed
so-called deterrence practices, like Title 42.

Join us in urging the administration to follow through on its commitments to end
Trump’s detrimental policies, to respect our asylum laws, and to build a 21st
century immigration system that recognizes the dignity and humanity inherent in
us all. Tweet at President Biden now >>>

Thank you for helping us in sending a strong message to President Biden that we
will not stand for policies that tear down our asylum system and harm people seeking
safety in the U.S. We are grateful to have you in this fight.

Sincerely,

Lisa Graybill
