Earlier today, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi revealed who will serve as the House Democrats’ impeachment managers.
According to Breitbart ([link removed]), Pelosi assigned House Intelligence Committee chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler, and Reps. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), Val Demings (D-FL), Zoe Lofgren (D-CA), Jason Crow (D-CO), and Sylvia Garcia (D-TX). What exactly will the roles of these impeachment managers be? According to USA Today ([link removed]), "Congressional rules specify that managers, members of the House whose roles are similar to prosecutors, are tasked with presenting the case for impeachment to the Senate. The trial will determine whether Trump should be convicted and removed from office. Removal requires a two-thirds majority vote, or 67 votes."
