This weekend was big for Kevin McCarthy.

His Republicans officially reclaimed control of the House -- and he was formally elected as next Speaker.

It’s sickening. Just take a look at McCarthy’s track record:

– He supported efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

– He tried to derail investigations into January 6.

– And he opposed bipartisan efforts to hold Trump accountable for his reckless actions as President.
