A Montana ‘mountain man’ goes to the Supreme Court to protect property rights

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court heard argument in Wilkins v. United States. The case is PLF’s 18th taken up by the Court and aims to secure Wil Wilkins’ rightful day in court to defend his property rights.

Jeff McCoy argued on Wil’s behalf and shares the Montana mountain man’s saga over the government’s failure to keep its word and the courts’ failure to hear his side of the story.
