New Year's Wishes
// A LETTER FROM OUR PRESIDENT & CEO // January 5, 2023
New Year's Wishes
Dear Colleagues,
Dear Colleagues,
Tricia Hersey writes in her new book, Rest Is Resistance [[link removed]], “slowing down is a way to save my life, resist the systems telling me to do more, and as a remembrance to my ancestors who had rest stolen from them.”
I hope you seized opportunities to rest and revive with family and friends over the holiday season. Also sending everyone best wishes to bring rest as a critical part of your daily practice in 2023 and beyond.
Happy New Year,
Elizabeth
