I hope your 2023 is off to a great start. I wanted to check in this month with a recap of some of your biggest achievements in 2022 as a supporter of

House Freedom Caucus
November 2022
John:
Control of the House and the Senate may still be up in the air, but we're wasting no time getting conservatives in Congress, particularly new members, ready for the battles ahead of us.
The day after the election, we held a luncheon with 60 legislative directors from House and Senate offices – the largest gathering of legislators we’ve ever had at the Conservative Partnership Center, signifying the urgency of the moment.
Today and Friday, we’re hosting a New Member Orientation in cooperation with the House Freedom Caucus ([link removed]) – a group of the strongest conservative fighters in Congress – to prepare newly elected members for their first few rapid-fire weeks in Washington, and to talk through what this election means and what happens now.
Originally, we were going to hold this orientation the first week of December, but we had a very compelling reason to hold it earlier: We’re serious about getting to these members before the Establishment does.
In the next critical few weeks, we’re going to help newly elected members hire the staff to get the job done right and teach those staff the procedural tips and tricks it would otherwise take years on the Hill to learn. It is imperative that they use their time wisely and fight like the soul of our country is at stake – because it is.
There can be no excuses. As my friend, former OMB Director Russ Vought, pointed out ([link removed]) , conservatives have the numbers to save this country. In fact, even a narrow majority in the House can be more to conservatives’ benefit than a larger one.
Too often, a larger majority means the real conservatives get taken for granted by allowing leadership to rely upon more moderate members. With a narrow majority, leadership must rely on conservatives to get things done. This includes selecting leadership itself.
We’ve been working with the House Freedom Caucus for months to plan an agenda that includes some much-needed changes to rules and procedures so that rank-and-file members – not just leadership – have power.
In the meantime, I’m pleased to share with you below some of the highlights of the past month and how we’re pushing forward to ensure conservatives seize every opportunity to save this country.
Sincerely,
Mark Meadows

Election Integrity Network Debuts a Permanent Movement for Citizen Engagement
CPI Senior Legal Fellow Cleta Mitchell has dedicated the past two years to creating a permanent movement of citizens who get out to their local election offices and make sure that election laws, safeguards, and processes are followed — not ignored.
The Left has pressured state legislatures and courts into changing election laws with little resistance from conservatives. For many states, Election Day has become Election Season, with states like North Carolina receiving ballots through November 14. This needs to change, along with Covid-era policies that prevent oversight – such as mail-in voting and same-day voter registration.
Leading up to Tuesday's elections, the Election Integrity Network (EIN) helped build election integrity coalitions in 10 states, who in turn trained and mobilized more than 76,000 poll workers and poll watchers and hundreds of thousands of activists.
According to Mitchell, the November midterms are just the beginning of a project that will – and must – span decades.
Multi-million dollar leftist election schemes will continue to unfold, which is why this is only the beginning of the Election Integrity movement.
EIN will continue to provide training nationwide, establishing national working groups and coalitions across the nation, undeterred by criticism and false narratives by the left.

CPI Jumps into Staffing and Training New Offices
Having the right staff can make or break the new members who are coming to Washington in January.
CPI’s work to prepare these members and build winning offices started well before Election Day. For months, CPI has been vetting and compiling resumes for chiefs of staff, legislative directors, communications directors, and more.
Leading up to midterms, CPI’s Government Relations team sent around 150 resumes to various midterm candidates, such as new representatives Ana Paulina Luna of Florida, Josh Brecheen of Oklahoma, and Eric Burlinson of Missouri.
While many seats are still up for grabs, at this writing, CPI will likely have the chance to provide staff recommendations for 100+ Senate staffers and 175-259 House staffers.
Bovard and Beck
CPI’s Rachel Bovard Joins Glen Beck: It’s Time to Embrace ‘Radical Federalism’
CPI Senior Fellow Rachel Bovard continues to rise as one of the preeminent thought leaders on the right, with sharp critiques of both the Washington establishment and the movement at large.
We are battling for the soul of America, she said in a recent interview with Glenn Beck ([link removed]) on The Blaze. She explained what it would look like for conservatives to cling to “radical constitutionalism,” and accept that we are playing on a different battlefield than in the days of Ronald Reagan.
She told Glenn Beck:
“…conservatism as a set of philosophies is dynamic, and it’s resurgent always because it’s flexible enough to meet the moment.
What I’ve looked at in Washington is a conservative movement that’s become fat and lazy and attached to dogma, and they’ve disrespected conservatism by pushing it into these sets of policy prescriptions that have become so rigid and ossified…
… in reality, conservatism is supposed to conserve the things that we care about — which is nation, family, community, human dignity. And by definition, when you attach yourself to those ideals, the policies are always going to look a little bit different, because the threats are different.”

CPI - What Is A Woman?
Eventbrite Cancels CPI for Hosting Event that “Encourages Hate, Violence”
On Oct. 11, the website Eventbrite took down a listing CPI had created to invite people to a screening of Daily Wire host Matt Walsh’s documentary What is a Woman? at our D.C headquarters.
The site, through which users can send invitations and gather RSVPs, claimed the CPI event listing violated their legal terms ([link removed]) by encouraging “hate, violence, or harassment towards others.”
What’s so hateful about “What is a Woman?” The film reveals not only the illogic of the Left’s ideas about gender and sexuality–but also their grooming of young children with a disturbing, anti-science gender ideology.
Despite Eventbrite’s attempts to silence CPI and cancel the event, it was a success – with a packed house of more than 50 young professional women. The event included a panel discussion with special guests: former DOJ Acting Assistant Attorney General Katie Sullivan, Independent Women’s Forum’s Kelsey Bolar, and President and Founder of Vought Strategies and Executive Director of Senate Conservatives Fund Mary Vought.
CPI Partners Take on Multi-Billion Dollar Election Schemes
The 2020 election was rigged, in part, by Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg’s $400 million project to outsource the managing of local elections to partisan operatives with a stake in one side winning.
Now, the Left is gearing up to spend billions of taxpayer dollars for public housing, job training, community health centers, etc. on “voter registration,” which will mean partisan turnout activities.
CPI partners America First Legal, Center for Renewing America, and American Accountability Foundation are all working to expose and stop the left’s plans.
America First Legal reached a victorious resolution ([link removed]) in a lawsuit against the Chester County Pennsylvania Board of Elections and its Board Members regarding the County’s patently illegal use of insecure ballot drop boxes. As a direct result of AFL’s suit, Chester County agreed to implement the most stringent ballot dropbox security measures in Pennsylvania.
Center for Renewing America is leading a national effort to stop the Biden Administration’s secretive plan to rig future elections. CRA also provides grassroots and logistical support for setting up key activist networks to train poll workers to identify irregularities in the electoral process.
American Accountability Foundation recently exposed Washington Week’s host, Yamiche Alcindor, who was caught alongside her husband illegally voting in the state of Florida. AAF has also been investigating the career staff in the voting rights section of the Department of Justice ([link removed]) (DOJ) to reveal what’s really going on behind the scenes.
