John, at Food & Water Watch, we take hard hitting legal action to protect people and the planet from factory farms. Why? Because factory farms are allowed to pollute with almost no oversight.

Our legal team is taking the fight to regulate factory farm pollution to the courts. We're going up against the power of the U.S. government, and we need resources to do so. That’s where you come in.

Will you make a tax-deductible gift to Food & Water Watch to fight  factory farm pollution? Your gift today will go FOUR times further!

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is responsible for protecting waterways and communities from factory farm pollution. But for decades it has failed to effectively regulate this dangerous waste. In fact, most factory farms have escaped Clean Water Act regulation altogether.

Five years after we called on the EPA to strengthen water pollution regulations for factory farms, the agency still hasn't acted. Meanwhile, communities continue to suffer and pollution piles up — wreaking havoc on the environment and ecosystems, polluting public waterways, contaminating drinking water sources and jeopardizing public health.

It’s time for factory farms to be held accountable for this dangerous pollution! Donate now to fund our legal work and have your gift MATCHED $3-to-$1.

In 2023 we’ll be continuing our fights to demand that the EPA strengthen its nationwide Clean Water Act regulations and finally rein in factory farm's dirty operations and hold them to strict pollution standards.

Food & Water Watch has taken EPA to court before for failing to regulate factory farms, and won. We won’t stop until the EPA finally holds factory farms accountable for their devastating impact on people and the planet. We’re in this fight for the long haul and we'd be grateful to have you with us, John.

Make a tax-deductible gift to Food & Water Watch today to fight factory farm pollution and your gift will be MATCHED $3-to-$1 — going FOUR times as far.
