The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), run by Rochelle Walensky, REFUSES to create a retirement policy for lab survivors.

Instead of letting families adopt animals who manage to survive her agency’s
experimentation, Rochelle’s white coats prefer to kill them. It’s just more convenient.

labs had policies to retire and release animal lab survivors.

Cats, dogs, and others lucky enough to survive experimentation were either
shipped to other government labs for even more taxpayer-funded torture or
