The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), run by Rochelle Walensky, REFUSES to create a retirement policy for lab survivors.
Instead of letting families adopt animals who manage to survive her agency’s experimentation, Rochelle’s white coats prefer to kill them. It’s just more convenient.
If we don’t fully fund our campaign by the December 31st deadline, Rochelle’s white coats at the CDC may KILL 134 cats.

Taxpayer, the need to make retirement a requirement at the CDC is more urgent than ever.
Documents obtained via a White Coat Waste Project (WCW) investigation show that Rochelle’s CDC has RAPIDLY INCREASED PAINFUL experiments on cats…as well as other animals (even dogs!).
Taxpayer, Rochelle is defiant. She REFUSES to enact a retirement policy for her victims!
So, several generous WCW supporters just stepped up with a new $65,000 matching grant to block her senseless slaughter, kickstart all our campaigns, and make adoption an option at the CDC.
December 31 Deadline!
Before WCW launched our #GiveThemBack campaign in July 2018, zero government labs had policies to retire and release animal lab survivors.
Cats, dogs, and others lucky enough to survive experimentation were either shipped to other government labs for even more taxpayer-funded torture or slaughtered and INCINERATED… like garbage.
Thanks to your donations, WCW started to change this. We won the first-ever retirement policies at the National Institutes of Health, the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, and the Food and Drug Administration.

Taxpayer, I can’t stress enough just how urgent this new campaign is. The CDC is ramping up its taxpayer-funded experimentation on cats as I write this. We have a short window of time to strike.
Unless we cover our new budget, Rochelle’s white coats may slaughter 134 kittens—in addition to monkeys, bunnies, hamsters, sheep, pigs, guinea pigs, puppies, and more.
This is the best (and final) chance to stop her. Please don’t let them die horribly in the new year.
