NGP VAN Support is expanding coverage and on-call monitoring during your most critical fundraising time of the year.

Our offices will be closed on December 23rd and 26th, but we will be on-call these days and throughout that weekend to actively monitor support channels for mission-critical items. We are also expanding our weeknight coverage the week after Christmas: 9:00 AM to midnight Eastern, December 27th-30th.

We will also maintain robust weekend coverage the final weekend of the year, December 31st-January 1st. Though our offices will be closed on January 2nd, we will remain on-call for critical items. For days not mentioned, we will follow our regular business hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.
