Starting TODAY, the Supreme Court is holding arguments on the Moore v. Harper case. Make no mistake, John: this case poses a clear and present danger to our democracy. [[link removed]]
Why? [[link removed]] If SCOTUS rules in favor of the state legislatures, which they’re anticipated to do, then partisan, gerrymandered state legislatures will have complete control over running elections in their states.
