In the past few days -- in the wake of the killing of Iranian General Soleimani -- Donald Trump has proven beyond dispute that he is dangerously incompetent and incapable of world leadership.

Now, we could be on the brink of war, and Trump's impulsive decision may well do more to strengthen Iran's position in the region than any of Soleimani's plots could have ever accomplished.
