Today, on Giving Tuesday 2022, Our Children’s Trust is still the only nonprofit law firm in the world providing science-based legal services for children to secure the legal right to a safe climate. And thanks to your support, we provide this legal representation at absolutely no cost to our brave young clients and their families.

Now, finally, after many years vigorously defending against governments’ relentless tactics to prevent young people’s incriminating evidence from seeing the light of day, our cases are being scheduled for trial in open court!

THESE ARE THE FIRST CONSTITUTIONAL CLIMATE CASES EVER TO COME TO TRIAL IN THE UNITED STATES!
* Finally, years of government delay and obfuscation is coming to an end.
* Finally, judges are ordering that the evidence must be heard and cross-examined in open court.

* Juliana v. U.S.: Any day now, we expect a ruling from U.S. District Court Judge Ann Aiken where a favorable decision will advance to trial our federal lawsuit on behalf of 21 young Americans, a case that has been delayed by our government’s unprecedented opposition for 7 long years!
