Finally, years of government delay and obfuscation is coming to an end.

Held v. State of Montana: Set for trial from June 12 – June 23, 2023
Juliana v. U.S.: Any day now, we expect a ruling from U.S. District Court Judge Ann Aiken where a favorable decision will advance to trial our federal lawsuit on behalf of 21 young Americans, a case that has been delayed by our government’s unprecedented opposition for 7 long years!
