The Last 2 Days Challenges
I'm so sorry I wasn't able to write to you guys yesterday. I had flight
delay after flight delay getting to Canada and was not able to get
online.
I had to get here due to simultaneous family emergencies. Unfortunately,
one family member passed away while I was en route. At the same time,
I'm very thankful that my daughter who has been hospitalized will be
getting out today. It's a lot to have happen all at once.
Yesterday's challenge can be found here.
Today's challenge will vary based on your current levels of strength and
fitness. Today we are going to do some easy strength training.
