This is costing us mentally, physically, emotionally, and even financially. When we don’t invest in our well-being, we increase our risks for burnout, anxiety, depression, musculoskeletal pain, metabolic disease, decreased critical thinking, slower response times, poor sleep…the list goes on. And when any of these occur our work performance suffers, costing us time and money. REGISTER   Arlington Chamber Announces 2023 Policy Positions The Arlington Chamber of Commerce recently released its policy position recommendations for 2023. In these documents, the Chamber advocates for Arlington and Virginia to maintain and build strong partnerships between government and the business community, support businesses struggling with rising inflation and costs of living, expand efforts to increase the supply of housing, continue to prioritize economic development by supporting businesses of all sizes, and sustain a robust public infrastructure. 2023 POLICY POSITIONS   Education and Workforce Development Committee Meeting at AWS Skills Center Tuesday, December 13 | 10:30-11:30 a.m. | AWS Skills Center Our next Education & Workforce Development Committee meeting will be held at the AWS Skills Center.
