●  *5th Annual Turkey Trot 5K Fun Run* [ [link removed] ] *at South Llano River on Nov. 24. *The park is home to a Rio Grande turkey roost, so we found it fitting that we have a Turkey Trot!

*●  "T" is for Turkey [ [link removed] ]* at *Colorado Bend on Nov. 24*. Paint a turkey or other favorite bird. All supplies will be provided. Fun for all ages!

*●  A Lost Pines CCC Christmas [ [link removed] ]* at *Bastrop on Dec. 17*. Tour the inside of the historic Refectory and see how the Civilian Conservation Corps celebrated Christmas away from home!
