NGP VAN is closed on Thanksgiving Day, November 24th, but we will be actively monitoring database activity and any attempts to contact us on those days in case of an emergency. We will also be on-call throughout Thanksgiving weekend, November 25th-27th, and will be actively monitoring support channels for mission-critical tickets.

We will send a reminder as we get closer, but we will also have extra coverage during end of year as well, including expanded weeknight coverage the week after Christmas: 9:00 am to midnight Eastern, December 27th-30th. Though our offices will be closed on December 23rd and 26th, we will be on-call these days and throughout that weekend to actively monitor support channels for mission-critical items. We will also maintain robust weekend coverage the final weekend of the year.
